Villa This stunning detached 3 bed, 4 bathroom villa has three levels, ground floor, first floor and second floor, each connected by an internal stairway. All rooms have oil fired thermostatically controlled radiators. The entire villa is fully alarmed and in a truly immaculate condition. One lounge patio sliding door leads to an outside terrace area with another leading to a large double glazed Naya. The Naya has a storage room with integrated fridge and cupboards and another room has a corner shower with sink and WC. The ground floor Naya has fully opening bi-folding doors and is protected by an electric sun blind that runs the full width. The Naya also allows access to and from the villa. This level has an electric dividing shutter that can be used to separate and secure the lower level from the remainder of the villa, thus making it ideal for independent occupation. First Floor and Naya The first floor has a cloakroom, fully integrated kitchen, utility room, large dining / lounge area, fireplace, second lounge (originally a double bedroom which could easily be converted back) a double bedroom with wardrobe and an en-suite that includes a walk-in shower and a large corner Jacqui bath. The first floor has a large Naya that captures the morning and afternoon sun. This Naya houses the front door from which you gain access to and from the villa via the outside staircase. Second Floor On the second floor is a large double bedroom with ceiling fan, a corner wardrobe and a door that leads to the large solarium which offers picturesque views of the distant mountains. This bedroom has its own en-suite. This villa is just a short 2-minute walk from the town centre and Norwegian School. The urbanisation of Quesada has Chemists, doctors, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and the superb La Marquesa golf course.
