Foz town  has 3 Mini supermarkets, Pharmacy, Pastellaria for fresh bread and pastries, Bank with ATM, Tourist Office, Florist, Interiors Shop, Fishing tackle Shop and a Surf School.

A selection of bars and restaurants within the village cater for most tastes. You can eat traditional local food in the restaurants, watch live Premier league football in the central bar or enjoy relaxing jazz music and a cocktail or two in the Trombone Bar.

Towards the beach there are several bars and seafood restaurants which are about 10-15 minutes walk along the newly refurbished promenade and only 2 or 3 minutes by car.
The bars and restaurants all have amazing sea views and are very busy and popular with locals both day and night during the main tourist season. We have often enjoyed the convivial atmosphere both in the height of the summer and October Sunday morning brunches.
