This well presented 3 bedroom Villa is set in a privileged location in western Albufeira, where the sun, sea, sand dunes, lagoons and golf courses come together.

This area is widely known for the beach and the golf course. The beach is expansive and wide and, unlike other nearby beaches, it doesn’t have any cliffs or rock formations. Instead, it offers an open area with sand dunes.

There is also a magnificent lagoon, home to a great variety and sheer quantity of birds such as flamingos which make this area a must for any visiting birdwatcher.

The nearest golf course is Salgados, considered to be one of Algarve’s finest.

The golf course is very close to the marshlands and was designed by a number of renowned Portuguese architects. Here you will be provided with enough challenge, as there are 6,000 meter links and many lakes to conquer.

Around this area you will find quite a few restaurants offering delectable seafood dishes.

The Villa:

Set on 3 levels - basement, ground floor and 1st floor - this villa offers plenty of living space.

When arriving at the property, there are two gates, once inside, the pool area is on your right, there is a patio leading you to the garage and a bit further up is the main entrance .

There is something quite tropical and exotic about this property - the lush green garden with all sorts of plants, flowers and trees, the beautiful private terraces and the mix of earth tone colours combined with the blue of the sea and the swimming pool makes it all very inviting.
