This is a traditional Portuguese farmhouse located in Bordeira, a known area only about 4 kms from S. Bras, 10 minutes from Loulé town and walking distance to the popular restaurant in the area, Zé Dias. 

The house is in good liveable condition, though it would need some modernisation. As you come in, there is a long hall that links the cooking, dining, living area on the right to the sleeping quarters on the left. There is a back door at the end of the hall, that is closed at the moment but can be easily opened to give access to the back terrace and bring even more natural light in the house. Inside you have a kitchen and separate dining area with 2 storage rooms and a breadoven. The dining area connects to the lounge that has a nice ceiling with arches and a traditional fireplace. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite, one of which, with both shower cabin and a bathtub; however the third bedroom is smaller and has no bathroom, but can be serviced by the social bathroom that has a shower. 

The house has around 7000 m2 land surrounding it and also has a well. Apart from the house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a shower room, there is an annex with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a 2 bed cottage attached to the building. The property has two entrances and the land has a stone wall all around it, that needs some repair and maintenance. There is also a high roofed, open garage that could be easily close if needed as well as plenty of parking in front of the house. There is space to insert a swimming pool if needed. 

On the land, there are orange, fig and olive trees, carobs, almonds and a small vineyard.
