"The ladybug", although a new construction, has an abundance of traditional Umbrian character with stone facades, insulated roof covered with recovered tiles, wooden beamed ceilings with terracotta and exquisite architectural details such as stone inserts, semi-arches in wrought iron, handmade terracotta floor tiles and designs, in various formats (square, hexagonal, lozenges), travertine staircase with steps and balustrade done in chiselled teak, again handcrafted.
The house was built in 2002/2003 and is in perfect condition.
The built-in kitchen is very nice, as well as the carved stone basin; in the rooms there are fitted wardrobes made with antique doors.
