This traditional Portuguese style Villa in the Sesmarias area (Albufeira), is a large privately owned air conditioned 314 m2 house, of good standard, with 5 bedrooms, set in its own 2.000 m2 grounds, where you can relax in peace or enjoy a swim in the (9m x 4m) swimming pool.

There is access via steps to a small roof-top terrace upstairs, with full sun all day, and it is private for 'all over' tanning!, with panoramic views across the Vale de Parra.

The bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, downstairs, 4 bedrooms, one double, three twins, and another, inside, twin bedroom set at the rear of the house. The bedrooms are cool and shaded from the afternoon sun. There are two full bathrooms downstairs. Three of the bedrooms have their own balconies overlooking the lovely views of the Sesmarias valley.

And there is also access to the pool, making this perfect for families, friends, corporate groups and golfers. The pool is set down on the lower level, beside the house, so it is shaded from the full late afternoon sun. The pool is 9 x 4m with built in corner steps, shallow end approx. 1.2m, deep end approx. 2.2m. It has a terrace area for the sun chairs.

There is a garden area which is fenced off, and is a 'natural' garden...ie bush and scrub. The house is private, and not overlooked. Although it is roadside, the road is very low, local traffic only and does not disturb the house at all.

There is a large table tennis table for the children and adults and a basketball net in the converted room on the lower floor.

Just a short distance away (5-8mins max) there are some of the most beautiful beaches and coastal walks in the Algarve along with excellent restaurants, bars, the Salgados golf course and a choice of supermarkets close by.

Restaurants (Jompra) is within 300m walk, the Castelo beach is approx. 700mtrs walk, there is a supermarket approx 500mtrs up the road, so car is advised but not essential. It is approx 3kms to central Albufeira. Vale de Parra is a valley 35minutes drive from FARO Airport.

Local activities in the Albufeira area include famous gold courses for the novice and the more experienced. Swimming, boat trips and walking along the magnificent beaches and coastal paths.

There are plenty of shops and markets locally including the regions shopping mall in Guia, which includes up to a hundred different outlets selling many recognisable brands. Here you will find a bowling alley, hypermarket and cinema with English subtitles.

Golfers are literally in paradise with a vast selection of beautiful, challenging and world class courses to choose from. The nearest gold course is Salgados a Links course with plenty of natural water hazards.
