The Urbanisation of La Sella
Some of the first properties here were built in the late 1980's early 1990's and building has been controlled and regulated which means the majority of properties here are legal and have all the relevant permissions. Of course in the earlier days some of the pools, patios etc were not registered on the deeds of the properties but this is not a problem they just get registered when the new owner purchases.
The urbanisation is one of the most well kept on the Costa Blanca North, with subtle street lighting, 24 hour security, rubbish bins emptied daily and a team of gardeners to maintain the communal areas.
Sunday is market day, the market is held in the poligono part of town which is easily accessed off the N332 this is the coast road that runs parallel with the AP7. People flock from all over the Costa Blanca and Costa Valencia, the market has an abundance of fruit and vegetable in fact we get bags of them for a few euros. Various other market stalls and Rastro stalls. There is a large selection of shopping for everyone.
