As our recent photohraphs show quite clearly, this property has an amazing sea facing balcony, perfect for breakfast 'al fresco' accompanied by breathtaking views. the interior of the property is immaculate and comes fully-furnished as is. The main living space is rectangular in shape, ejoys a wood-effect laminate floor, totally neutral decor in terms of wall colourings etc., but high contrast contemporary dark wooden doors and furniture make for a classic yet elegant look, whilst at the same time being very functional and clean (easy maintenance too). The apartment has a lovely kitchen section with modern cream coloured cabinet doors that blend into the walls, a large free-standing fridge/freezer as well as a stainless steel oven/hob with matching overhead extractor fan, plus there is even a compact microwave oven. Beside this elegant kitchen is the modern dark wooden dining tavle with 4 soft chairs. The rest of the main living room has a long coffee table, sofa and armchair that are colour co-ordinated with the dining table suite, as well as a low corner TV cabinet, all of the sitting room furniture is part of a matching set. The bedroom enjoys a similar decor and furniture style as the main living area in that it has a double bed with large dark wooden headboard, matching wooden dresser and wardrobe, and as our pictures show the bedroom is just off the kitchen area. There is even an additional storage room in the guise of a broom cupboard that also houses the large electric water heated tank which is good as it removes this tank from the main bathroom area. The bathroom is your classic two-tone fully-tiled (black n' white) WC with full bathtub with shower head along with classic white porcelain pieces along with chrome (stainless steel) fittings. There is a great ambience and feel to this property that can easily cater for a small family or 4 adults sharing, plus there is the wonderful part-enclosed balcony area with amazing views. Properties in the Garden of Eden typical cost at least one thousand euros per square metre, as does this one (just above) yet few of those properties have the site position and views enjoyed by this particular apartment.
