The twin room is comfortably furnished in the French style with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space and has lovely views of the gardens and pool area. It is bright and airy with tea and coffee making facilities. It is adjacent to an expansive, beautifully finished, bathroom with a separate shower and bath and separate toilet which is shared with the owner. WiFi is also available.

Room de la Mayenne - With its own private entrance, this room is located on the ground floor and is accessed from Le Moulin main house. The twin room is comfortably furnished in the French style with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space and has lovely views of the gardens and pool area. It is bright and airy with tea and coffee making facilities. It is adjacent to an expansive, beautifully finished, bathroom with a separate shower and bath and separate toilet which is shared with the owner. WiFi is also available.

Outside

The pretty gardens are around the house and there is also an above ground swimming pool (5m x 3.5m overall) with sun deck, patio area and BBQ. This is a perfect area to watch the sunset in a tranquil setting.

The lake is a huge feature of the property and, according to a copy of the 'Declaration d'existence' which was received by the Prefecture of the Maine-et-Loire dated the 19th November 2013, the surface area of the lake is 1.21 ha (2.98 acres) with the dam being about 3.45m in height. They have estimated that the volume of the lake is about 3.5m gallons (16,000m3). This could make a wonderful fishing lake to use in conjunction with or in addition to the B&B business.

There are lovely walks around the lake on accessible paths and tracks as well as rustic bridges, arbours and many trees.

Location

The mill is located close to the village of Noellet, and it is easily accessible from Laval to the north, Ch‚teaubriant to the west, Ch‚teau Gontier to the east and Angers to the south.
