Fantastic house on top of the sea with views to die for & heated pool.

This house for sale in Salobrena, Spain is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is literally on top of the sea. Nothing could ever be built in front. Today it would be impossible to build a house so close to the sea, which makes this house even more valuable.

Down one more level is the relax area. There is a sauna and a shower. There is also an additional room. The access to the pool and the enormous terrace is from here. The solar heated pool that has a cover to ensure you can use it year round is approximately 4 x 12 m2 so you can really have a good swim. There is an outdoor shower and the terrace has nearly 150 m2.

On the terrace, there is a nice, outdoor kitchen, perfect for barbeques and entertaining. There is also a hot tub. You are bound to relax and enjoy here.

The guest apartment has an open plan lounge/diner with a simple kitchen and a terrace. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
