    The structure of the villa is constructed in reinforced concrete compliant with the latest anti-seismic regulations.  All external walls are constructed of high quality hollow clay bricks with the external application of a proprietary insulation system comprising 50mm thick polystyrene boards on the concrete structure, cementatious render and textured / smooth elastic paint finish or stone dressing.


     


    Internal walls are constructed of hollow clay blocks or gypsum board stud walling. All internal walls, and the internal surfaces of external walls, are rendered and finished in plaster with at least three coats of high quality acrylic paint.


    ROOF


    The roof is constructed of reinforced concrete with the external application of a proprietary insulation system, pitched roofs are finished with high quality ceramic roofing tiles, flat roofs with a high quality waterproofing membrane.


    FLOORS
