Even though this ski apartment is technically listed as being on the second floor of block A, as the first two levels of this building are reserved for common areas and facilities, it is therefore physically on the 4th floor and as such commands better views of the mountains and surrounding areas. The internal dimensions and size of this 1-bedroom apartment are as follows: private area comprises 63.95 square metres plus an additional 11.79 square metres of common space, totalling 75.74 square metres overall. This is large for a 1-bedroom apartment, and doubly-so for a 1-bed ski property as they typically tend to be a lot smaller than coastal/beach summer homes. The interior design is actually very chic and modern, with light magnolia coloured walls complimented by light wood-effect laminate flooring and thoroughly modern 'linear' interior - lots of simple angular lines to maximise the feeling of space, whilst retaining a warm & cosy ambience thanks to the extensive use of wood and wooden furniture. New for ski season 2013/2014: 5 million Euro will be invested in Pamporovo ski centre for the new ski season in Bulgaria. A new lift equipment (high speed quad) is 1 kilometre long and will connect the “Two bridges” site with Snezhanka peak. The company plans to install additional lighting system for the ski slopes in the resort, as well as improvement of the system for artificial snow.

Location: Pamporovo ski resort is located 85 km from Plovdiv and 240 km from Sofia. The resort is situated on 1650 m above the sea level in the Rhodopi Mountain at the foot of Snejanka peak (1926 metres).

Resort information: Pamporovo is the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort. The winter here is soft with 120 sunny days. The ski pistes are covered with snow throughout the whole skiing season that lasts from December till April. The average air temperature is - 3 °C.

The rounded mountain slopes and summits are suitable for skiing and snowboarding for beginners. For advanced skiers there are difficult ski runs like "the Wall", and ski school and lift pass as well.
