Li Reni is a detached two-storey traditional Sardinian farmhouse (stazzu palazzu) which has been renovated and modernised. Set in peaceful and beautiful countryside, very close to the beautiful beaches of Northern Sardinia, there are stunning views down the valley to the sea sparkling in the distance and mountains on three sides. The house has a large living room, 3 big double bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms (approx 130 sq m). There is a huge terrace shaded by trees and approximately 4000 sq meters of land including a vineyard with 500 plants, fruit trees producing oranges, lemons, pomegranates, plums and almonds.The property is gas centrally-heated with mains water and electricity and has its own modern waste system which can also provide water for irrigation.

The farmhouse, Li Reni, is situated on the north coast of Sardinia in the region of Gallura near the town of Castelsardo. It is easily accessible from Olbia and Alghero airports serviced by Ryanair and Easyjet and the mainland ferry terminal. The small town of Viddalba is a 5 minute drive away with good shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby are some of the best beaches in Europe, the nearest being only 10 minutes (5 km) away. There is a famous natural thermal spring close by with spa treatments, pool and restaurant.

Li Reni has been a good holiday home for many years. We did have planning permission to further renovate and restore part of the property giving an extra two bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom semi detached house (approx 60 sq m). The original plans and quotes for the extension are available and we understand planning permission can be reinstated.
