This exclusive ranch style house set in extensive landscaped grounds stands in an open, sunny position on the outskirts of the small village of Vorderberg. The house requires a fairly modest investment to finish its construction, which would substantially increase its value. Vorderberg is a village in the Gemeinde of St Stefan im Gailtal. It is served by the Gailtal railway and the cycle trail, Radweg 3, passes through the village. Vorderberg has a Naturbad, an outdoor natural swimming pool and village stores. The Nassfeld Ski Arena can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The borders of Italy and Slovenia can be reached in about 25 minutes as can the nearby main town of Villach.
