First and foremost this is one of the best holiday resorts along the Black Sea coast. Secondly, Sveti Vlas or St. Vlas is a truly stunning beach-side location. Thirdly, this particular property enjoys spectacular views of the sea as well as the surrounding area. Fourthly, this property is both spacious and fully-furnished to a very high standard and is in impeccable condition. Therefore this specific 2-bedroom apartment with very aesthetically pleasing wood-panelled balcony and matching wooden balustrade, has just about everything going for it and thus has tremendous appeal. The property interior is classically stylish yet thoroughly modern with wood-effect laminate flooring, brightly coloured walls (neutral magnolia shade), with lighter wooden internal doors and door frames, along with contrasting darker wooden dining furniture and even vintage-style pine bedroom furniture, ranging from free-standing sleek closets to bedside lockers, matching headboards and simple pine drawer cabinets. This apartment is furnished to a very high standard for a holiday home. Even the kitchen cabinets blend into the rest of the décor with the two-tone colouring matching both the walls as well as the floors and the rest of the apartment. Wood also adds a huge degree of warmth to the feel of a property, as well as being easy to clean and maintain. Another nice feature is the en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with classic black n' white wall tiles and shower-tub where one can sit or stand. The main bathroom too is decorated in a similar style, but has a larger bathtub as well as large porcelain wash-hand basin plus vanity wall mirror. Having a second bathroom makes it very convenient for adults sharing or even for a small family as the occupants of the second bedroom can make use of the main bathroom, whilst the owners have their own personal en-suite facilities. Not many holiday apartments off this benefit. The master bedroom has a large double-bed plus all of the requisite bedroom furniture mentioned. The second bedroom is slightly smaller in size, as one would expect, but has two single beds (that could be combined as twins to make one king-sized bed) and this bedroom is also well furnished with double closet (with full-length vanity mirror) and even a nice wooden dressing table with matching cushioned stool and wooden framed wall mirror. Both bedrooms are accessed separately from the main living space. The living-cum-dining room is open plan and also contains the adjacent kitchen area. The kitchen is compact but very functional with large free-standing fridge-freezer, as well as stainless steel oven/hob and overhead extractor fan hood. The kitchen area is also part-recessed with a partial wall separating it from the rest of the main living room. As our recent photographs show there is a lovely wooden dining table with six matching wooden chairs with plain (off-white) soft cushions that match the cream leather-type sofa and armchair. The living room also has a sleek modern coffee table and of course a wooden TV stand. The balcony area is accessed from the TV/Living room via a smart wood-framed glass door beside which is a floor-to-ceiling glass double glazed window, thus providing an abundance of natural light when required, whilst the cream coloured drapes provide shade if the sunlight becomes too much. Above the sofa is one of the wall air-conditioning units, so plenty of cool air during doing balmy summer evenings when relaxing in front of the television. This is a superb property in fantastic condition and as the pictures show, there are also some nice wooden deck/patio chairs (stacked against the wall in the living room) that are intended for balcony use during the fine weather - for sunbathing, reading outside or even dining al fresco and enjoying the beautiful sea views.



Garden of Eden

Garden of Eden is an exclusive seafront resort, with five-star hotel and luxury apartments, and it has its own south-facing beach and pier looking across the beautiful blue waters of the Black Sea to Nessebar. Located just outside St Vlas, close to Sunny Beach and within easy reach of Burgas Airport, it offers the visitor a tranquil haven bordered by forests and natural parkland. There are a total of seven outdoor swimming pools and water cascades set in landscaped gardens. Three restaurants cater for every taste. For active holidaymakers there are tennis courts and an indoor pool, fitness and spa centre.

For dining, there is the gourmet Paradiso Restaurant, the Italian Albero della Vita (Tree of Life) and the Fish and Seafood restaurant which is literally on the beach. A variety of water sports are available; including water skiing and jet skis. During the summer special activities for children with day-by-day programme of optional activities is also a bespoke service offered exclusively at Garden of Eden.

Garden of Eden has four pool bars (including a pool patisserie) and our Vista Bar on the top of the complex has spectacular views to the seashore and the old city of Nessebar. Noah's Night Bar opens its doors twice per week for music and dance. Other facilities include: currency exchange office, medical centre, fitness and spa centre, beauty salon, dry cleaning and laundry, and a variety of shops including a supermarket to ensure that you can easily obtain all you need. Excursions or car hire can be arranged effortlessly at the Business Centre. Free complimentary Wi-Fi internet operates in all of the public areas.
