Off this large living space is the master bedroom which our recent photoghraphs show is also spacious, very clean and modern looking with wood-effect laminate flooring (thus easy to maintain), wooden doors and frames plus skirting boards that match with the wooden double bed and headboard. There is plenty of bedroom furniture including lockers as well as a large free standing double wardrobe in a two tone style that matches the rest of the decor (similar to the magnolia coloured walls and wooden flooring). There is also balcony access from this bedroom as well as from the main living room, so dual balcony access. Our pictures also show that from this balcony one cas see the other buildings within this complex and those of other complexes nearby. There is also an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. The kitchen in the main living room is quite big and takes up one corner of the room, along with plenty of wooden cabinets and a long worktop (preparation area). The kitchen includes an oven/hob with matching overhead extractor fan. There is also a stainless steel fridge and integrated refrigerator. Beside the kicthen area is a large L-Saphed corner sofa with coffee table and nearby TV stand. The other side of this dual-aspect living room is the dining area complete with large dining table plus matching chairs and this area really benefits from a lot of natural light. There is also another access point here to the external terrace or balcony area. Condition throughout is excellent and potential buyers need to remember two things with respect to this specific property in addition to its location; (1) it is ready to move into and is properly furnished and large enough to accommodate a small family, and (2) the asking price is extremely reasonable when compared to other properties in the Aheloy area, especially on a price-per-square metre basis (well below five hundred euros per metre, so close to new build cost).

Despite the booming construction on the coast of the Black Sea, the village preserved its quietness and tranquillity, while the local people are surprisingly welcoming. Here there is no large-scale development. It is the area of fresh air, quietness and tranquillity.

According to census of 2002, the village of Aheloy has 2,100 residents. Aheloy is perfect for those seeking for calm vacation at the seaside. The environment remained untouched; the clean river is favourite place of inveterate fishers. The shore is in less than kilometre away from the village. There is the beach with boulder-stone and a berth for boats. “Aheloy” camping, known for its small but beautiful beach, is located to the south from the village. The sea shore between Aheloy and Pomorie represents a vacant strip of land stretching for 10 km surrounded by the sea from one side and by the Pomorie Lake from the other.
