Shower room, 1.9m x 1.72, positioned next to the kitchen area and offering beamed ceiling, tiled floor, a glazed shower enclosure with sliding entry panels, pedestal washbasin, close coupled w.c. and electric towel radiator.
The Roof space.
The loft is accessed via a trap in the ceiling of the ground floor. The floor is completely boarded. The timberwork and roof are in very good order. Walls are predominately exposed stone. There is no insulation. The hot water cylinder is situated in one corner.
Lower ground floor.
Accessed down a ramp under the terrace. The lower ground floor occupies the whole 45m2 area of the house. Currently the hard core from the removal of interior walls is stored in this space.
There is a large raised terrace to the front of the house.
