The main building is approx. 200 years old, was renovated in 1988 and is very well-kept. Between 1999 and 2007 where built some annex buildings.

The hotel is divided on 4 floors.

The ground floor offers some lounge rooms for guests, a kitchen, a beautiful restaurant with the nice sun terrace as well as a few guest rooms.

The ground floor of the annex building offers a generous wellness area and the indoor swimming pool with large panorama windows.

All other guest rooms and studios are divided on the 3 other floors. there is a lift for guests

The main building also offers a good sized apartment for the owner and some additional rooms for the stuff.

The hotel enjoys approx. 2500 m² useable area, it is a generous size


The community Kossen (4163 inhabitants, 589m above sea level) is located in the district Kitzbühel in Tyrol.

In summer Kössen offers many activities for example hiking, mountain biking, climbing, bathing and much more.

In winter the region provides the ski areas Hochkössen and Zahmer Kaiser and for kids the Sunny Kids Park. Aside of skiing alternatives like cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ice-skating, winter hiking and carriage riding are along the offerings.
