Curiously the village was sold in the late 16th century to Margaret of Parma (daughter of Charles v), who is reputed to have had built this very house. Connected to Rome by the A24 motorway, the journey takes about two and a half hours. The nearest motorway exit is approximately 28 k. Arsita has shops, restaurants and all the facilities. The nearest town is Bisenti and the distance to Penne about 24k. We warmly recommend this property for viewing.
