Low cost flights are available year round at La Rochelle, Limoges or Bordeaux.

Main house



The main house has been designed for use as a bed and breakfast, with private and guest accommodation well separated (it would nevertheless take very little effort to configure the house as a single family home). The accommodation is extensive and flexibly configured.



Ground floor

La Grange



(Sleeps 6-7, 3 bedrooms) - 100M2 two storey gite, in a converted charentaise barn. This house comprises an open-plan living room (about 39m2) with exposed beam ceiling and fitted kitchen area. Off this room are a small laundry space and a WC. Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom (20m2) with walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (16m2 and 12m2) as well as a shower room.



Le Figuier



(Sleeps 4-6, 2 bedrooms) - 80M2 two storey gite with two toilets, in a converted charentaise barn - next to La Grange. This house comprises an open-plan living room (36m2) with exposed beam ceiling and fitted kitchen area. Off this room are a small laundry space and a WC. Le Studio



(Sleeps 2, 1 bedroom) - 25m2 first floor apartment in a converted charentaise barn which has a living space (about 25m2) with ensuite shower room. Lavendar Cottage (used for family/friends- in our private, walled garden) - 39m2 charming detached stone cottage comprising a living room (24m2) and a bedroom (15m2). Bathroom (12m2) with WC and shower.





Gardens & Grounds



The buildings sit on a fenced plot of 21996m2 (over 5 acres) with the majority of the land cultivated as meadow and planted with fruit trees as well as a number of vines. The land is mainly flat. There is also a vegetable garden and plenty of car parking for over a dozen vehicles (including a twin car port).

Barn 1 - 144m2 (next to the main house/by the road; currently used as a wood store, storage, laundry, and as a large, flat keep-fit area)

Barn 2 - 90m2 (next to the main house/behind Le Figuier & La Grange; currently used for storage/workshop)

Barn 3 - 43m2 (behind the Gym and Le Studio; currently used for the controle technique, 20 bikes for hire and storage)
