The main house has two bathrooms and two bedrooms.  The master bedroom suite is amazing with two his-and hers bathrooms.  The large bathroom has a working fireplace and is also ready for a pellet burner to be fitted.  There is also a walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom is on the second floor with its own half-bath.  The half-bath also has the laundry in it.
The entire home is heated with GPL and has two boilers, one for the main house and one for the guest apartments.
This property could be bought to rent out completely although it would be perfect for someone to live in the main part of the house and rent out the other two apartments.  The rental market in this area is very buoyant.
