It is located in central Bulgaria, just 17km from Stara Zagora and 19km from Kazanlak, where the world famous Rose Fesitval is held each year and the location of Thracian burial tombs.

The village has around 800 people and has 3 or 4 shops selling pretty much everything you need from vegetables to eggs and bread and cleaning products. There is also a small DIY shop and a fireplace shop, a lovely old church, a new kindergarten, post office and visiting doctor. There are 2 or 3 small bars and regular buses to the larger towns.

Just a couple of kilometers down the road is mineral spa, where you will find a new hotel complex with an outdoor and indoor pool, massage and spa facilities, a good restaurant and bar. There is also the older traditional hot baths and outdoor pool and recreation area and another hotel complex with small outdoor pool and fabulous restaurant as well as a nice little centre with shops and cafes.
In the vicinity of the village there are two large lakes for water sports as well as a water park and the world famous Thracian burial mounds.

It is a large property split into two one bedroom apartments, there is an internal stair case accessed from one side of the property up to second floor apartment, a loft around 50m2 plus basement of 20m2 and terraces of 10m2.

The downstairs consists of a large conservatory of 11m2, a hall of 4m2, large bedroom (13.7 m2) with traditional wood burner, opposite is shower room/toilet of 3.6 m2 , on right you go into lounge of 15m2 and into kitchen of 7.5 m2. Stairwell has lot of storage space and is around 8.5m2. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into.

There are internal stairs to the second storey terrace of around 8m2 looking out over garden. The apartment is similar but with large balcony instead of conservatory. This apartment is also furnished but does not include any white goods in the kitchen.

All double glazed PVC windows and doors, mosquito nets on nearly all opening windows. Ceramic tiles on all floors. All new wiring and plumbing in 2008, all new plaster boarding and painting etc when renovated, all painted and brand new roof.

Additional there is a large two storey barn around 15m x 5m. It has 2 stalls on ground level and upper level is a hay loft. There is a lean to barn attached to the main barn of around 4m in length, this is open but has fencing around it for dog run/chickens etc and also a gate to the street.

There is an old outdoor toilet which is around 2.5 x 2.5m and is of concrete and has been converted to a dog pen or chicken hut with fencing around it.

There are large double wooden gates and a concrete area to park vehicle on inside plot.

Facilities are electric, water, septic tank, high speed internet available.

Around the property there are mud brick walls around 3 sides and fence on one side.

The property benefits from lovely views of the surrounding mountains, mineral spas, two large lakes for water sports, fishing and numerous hiking trails.
