Renovated and fully furnished 2/3 bedroom house located in central Bulgaria, just 20 km from Kazanlak, where the world famous Rose Fesitval is held each year and the location of Thracian burial tombs and just 23 km from Stara Zagora.

The house was newly renovated in 2008 and 2009, with new roof, new PVC double glazed windows and doors and all new wiring and plumbing.

The property occupies a large corner plot of 1 000 sqm and consists of a 113 sqm property, plus loft of around 50 sqm plus basement of around 20 sq. and terraces of around 10 sqm

It is a large property split into two one bed apartments, there is an internal stair case accessed from one side of the property up to second floor apartment and loft.

Downstairs - entry into a large conservatory of 11 m2, through into a hall of 4 m2. To left is bedroom of 13.7 m2, opposite is shower room/toilet of 3.6 m2 and to right you go into lounge of 15 m2 and into kitchen of 7.5 m2

You go through door onto terrace of around 8 m2, looking out over garden, then into large hall of 7.7 m2. All double glazed PVC windows and doors, mosquito nets on nearly all opening windows. Ceramic tiles on all floors. All new wiring and plumbing in 2008, all new plaster boarding and painting etc when renovated, all painted (maybe needs a little redecoration in places as was rented out for 2 years), brand new roof in 2008 and just last week had roof all checked and all edging tiles re-cemented. No central heating. Just petchka's in bedrooms.

There is a large barn, two storey, around 15 m x 5 m. Has 2 stalls on ground level and upper level is a hay loft. There is a lean to barn attached to the main barn of around 4 m in length, this is open but has fencing around it for dog run/chickens etc and also a gate to the street.

There are large double wooden gates and a concrete area to park vehicle on inside plot.

The village has around 1 000 people and is just 23 km from Stara Zagora and 20 km from Kazanlak. The village has 3 or 4 shops selling pretty much everything you need from vegetables to eggs and bread and cleaning products. There is also a small DIY shop and a fireplace shop. There is a lovely old church and a new kindergarten, post office and visiting doctor. There are 2 or 3 small bars. There are regular buses to the larger towns.

Just a couple of kilometers down the road is mineral spa, where you will find a new hotel complex with an outdoor and indoor pool, massage and spa facilities, a good restaurant and bar. There is also the older traditional hot baths and outdoor pool and recreation area. There is another hotel complex with small outdoor pool and fabulous restaurant as well as a nice little center with shops and cafes. The neighboring villages have train stations from where you can get direct trains through to Sofia, Plovdiv and Veliko Turnovo.

In the vicinity of the village there are two large lakes for water sports as well as a water park and the world famous Thracian burial mounds. Kazanlak is also the centre for Rose oil production and each year there is a parade and festival, visited by dignitaries from around the world. Kazanlak has several larger supermarkets like Billa and Kaufland. The small municipality town of Magleesh is just a 5 minute drive from the village and here there is a small daily vegetable market and more shops and cafes and restaurants.

The village has the advantage of being in the middle of two mountain ranges and so has fantastic views, great walking and mountain biking. There are many small tarns to fish in, including a couple right on the edge of the village.

The village is located very close to the main road from Sofia to Burgas. This is now a lovely quiet and scenic route through to the coast, as most traffic now uses the motorway. It takes 2 hours to reach Burgas, where there is an international airport and of course it is then only a short distance to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Sozopol. Plovdiv is just over an hour's drive and there is another airport there. Sofia is about a 3 hour drive.
