Both the bedroom and the kitchen have a large semi-circular window providing light and a view of the stone-bedded stream that runs below. The ground floor sitting room, with adjacent shower room and W.C. can be used as an occasional bedroom and has a glass panel set in the floor through which the water in the mill-race can be seen.
Both houses are surrounded by mature and well-maintained gardens with a variety of sitting areas including a covered pergola adjacent to the main pool which has wooden decking and measures approximately 10 x 5 metres. The smaller, beautifully illuminated pool with Jacuzzi and splash pool, is surrounded by stone paving as well as the original retaining walls that can be up-lit for pretty evening use.
This property is nothing short of adorable and is perfect for low-key rentals and family use.
