The estate is supplied by all the main utilities such as water, electricity, heating system and telephone. Water is supplied by the local waterworks, two wells and two collecting cisterns. The heating is by an LPG cylinder with a four zone thermostat in the main building and a smaller boiler in the outbuilding.
