This pretty stone house is in a very tranquil location 50m from the Vienne river, in a very nice neighbourhood with no through-traffic. The small town of L'Isle Jourdain is 3km away, with all basic shops, restaurants, a supermarket, doctors, dentist, vet, swimming pool and tennis courts. This property is currently split into two gites, but could easily become one house. The first gite has a main room and kitchen downstairs (25m2), plus WC and shower, then two bedrooms upstairs (each 11m2) and a large square bathroom (7m2). A new septic tank will be needed.
