The kitchen/dining room is modern and a very good size at 16m². There are French doors from the kitchen out to the outside dining area/sun terrace (12m²) which is private and plenty big enough for a large dining table or sun loungers. The arrangement is an excellent design and makes serving food and refreshments very easy. Unusually for a French house there is also a downstairs toilet with hand basin. There is a separate living room/lounge of 14m².

Upstairs there are four large double bedrooms (18m², 16m², 15m² and 17m²). One of the bedrooms has French windows onto a little balcony (which could easily be enlarged if you wished). The bathroom is modern and well equipped with a bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail etc.

The house has double glazing, new electrics, new plumbing and a good roof. In this price range normally houses are small and suitable for holiday use only. This is a large house which would of course be suitable for holidays but would also make a really lovely holiday home. One small patch of wall needs to be repainted due to having been scratched when the furniture was removed but other than that you could move straight in here and start enjoying it immediately.

Due to its size and condition together with the location in this popular village the house would rent out very well when not is use. The best of all worlds.
