The dining area is adjacent to the lounge and is a good size. The kitchen is set back from this point and it is a good size with lots of cupboard and unit space. This area is also very light. All white goods will be included in the sale including electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The latter two appliances are concealed within cupboards.

Also, on this level a good size room with shower cabinet and units.

The easy staircase to the upper first floor and bedroom area is very impressive. Marble steps, wooden hand rails and stone feature turret which has a stained glass window floor to ceiling. Both these rooms show the round windows also plus two double patio doors leading to a balcony seated area. These rooms again have large wooden headboards with matching furniture, again all high specification!

The landing area which separates the bedrooms, also has great built in space. It also has the best vantage point of the turret stonewall and stained glass window. There are doors leading on to a balcony which give an amazing view of the green forests. A great place to sit and chill!

Overall our opinion is that this is a very highly sought after location. Planning permission will NOT be granted for any property to be built any nearer to Olu Deniz. The villa is lived in with no issues and the standard throughout is excellent.
