Beautifull, very attractive detached villa with 3 bedrooms en-suite, located in the hilly countryside north of the picturesque village of Moncarapacho. The villa was built in 2008 in a traditional and warm style and with a covered area of 217 m² on a plot of 4800 m² with many fruit trees such as almond, fig, olive and carob trees.

The entire villa and surrounding area has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The villa is quietly situated on a dirt track, isolated, yet close to all major roads and the village of Moncarapacho with all facilities.

It is possible to construct a pool, but the beach is just 10 minutes away by car. Nice towns as Tavira and Olhão can as well be reached within 10 minutes. To the airport in Faro it is a half an hour drive.
