Ground floor properties have a bigger terrace than first floor properties. Kitchen have kitchen units and are sold with hob, cooker, oven and boiler. As these properties were repossessed directly from the builder, we cannot give any guarantee on the electrical appliances. This means that in case you become owner of one of this marvellous properties and any of the lectrical appliances might not work, you will have to buy a new one.
- The community fees are 150,00 per year and include maintenance of the pool, cleaning of the communal area as well as electricity and water of the communal areas.
- Council Tax is less than 250,00 per year.
- Water and electricity metres installation costs 250,00 approx. each of them. Water is paid every 3 months and electricity is paid every 2 months. The costs of water and electricity may vary depending on the use of the property. As a general idea we could say that the water invoice could be between 70 & 80 every 3 months and the electricity could be 150,00 approx. every 2 months. This is the average of water and electricity bills for a small property being used every day in Spain.
