TERRACE, above the basement, which extends for a size of 1500 sq.mt , was partially held a series by a layer of agrarian ground with sowing of grass, so as to make the insertion of harmonic structure in the surrounding context. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, you can see the Sibillini mountains to the west, the typical landscape with sweet succession of hills and valleys to the north and the Adriatic Sea to the East.
