Colletta di Castelbianco comprises 65 medieval stone houses, each with terraces, gardens, squares nestled in the mountains of Liguria, a perfect refuge with many internationally recognised ‘slow food’ & truffle/mushroom speciality restaurants within walking distance. The village also has a café selling necessities and local produce, a laundry rooms and large infinity pool and sauna. There are good walks, climbs immediately around the village and several first class tennis clubs within a short drive. Each hilltop village in the vicinity has many festivals throughout the years, often around the ‘slow food’ campaign. Annually, there is a Jazz festival in Alassio, a Fiat 500 prized show in Garlenda and a vintage sailing event at Imperia annually. Torre, DD, is one of the most lovely apartments in Colletta di Castelbianco. It has two large stunning roof-top terraces, in the quiet part of the village with spectacular 360 views of other hilltops. Outside there are more steps up to 2 stunning roof terraces with an uninterrupted view of the village and surrounding mountains. One terrace is equipped with a Unipio stone table and chairs seating 6 people plus 2 wooden sun loungers.

Designer fittings

There is a long living/dining room with unrestricted views over the wild countryside. The floors are oak parquet.
There is a designer kitchen with oven, hotplate, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The apartment has an outside large dry cupboard for storage as well as a locked garage in the village carpark.

The other bathroom has a designer bath tub and sink, hand held shower plus bidet. All the bathroom fittings are of the highest quality. There are oak parquet floors throughout the apartment with marble floor tiles in the bathrooms. Under floor heating in all rooms provides comfort for stays in autumn, winter and spring.
