The land and views are of gently sloping hills but one can still look up to the snow-capped mountains where one can ski in the Winter. The beach is about 35 minutes drive away.

Note that the house is attached but the garden where the pool is not overlooked in any way as the house which it is attached to is much lower and only attached by the top of the roof.

Location

Arsina is one of the most presigious areas around Lucca with lots of stunning villas in the vicinity. The area is characterised by olive groves and vineyards. The area really gives Chianti a run for its money.
