All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with overhead storage and fully opening windows with maintenance free louvre shutters and pull down insect blinds.
Outside the apartment, sun terraces surround the communal pool which is for the private use of the residents.

There is a parking space in the underground garage dedicated for the use of this apartment and from which there is access to a large lockable storage room with power and lighting.
