This single-storey villa is located in peaceful countryside just north of the market towns of Tunes and Algoz and about 20 minutes from beaches.

The entrance area opens to a large lounge with wood-burning fireplace that is used to heat the whole house.  There is a separate dining room and adjoining kitchen with utility space.  From the kitchen there is access to the north-facing courtyard with a shady area to enjoy dining outside.

The kitchen courtyard has direct access to one of the garages which has electricity and plumbing. From the entrance gates a driveway leads to the rear of the property where there is plenty of parking space for a boat, caravan or RV and another large garage. 

There is a large grassy area at the east side of the house which comprises more than half of the property. This is completely fenced and has a variety of fruit trees including orange, clementine, lemon and plum.  The land would make a great space for horses with one of the garages being converted into stables.

The grounds have been divided into different walled areas as the owner kept dogs. These partitions can be removed if you wish.  Also, the courtyard, driveway and parking areas are concrete.  This could easily be removed to create more green space, and the owner is willing to accommodate this prior to purchase.

Extras include solar panels for hot water and double-glazing and there is plenty of space for a pool.

Less than 5 minute walk to a local restaurant and by car it is not even 10 minutes to the market towns of Tunes and Algoz, each with train station. 15 minutes to golf, 20 minutes to beaches and 40 minutes from Faro airport.
