Due to its design and use of materials, Villa Bellaria has plenty of natural light whilst remaining cool in the summer months. The beach is a short stroll through the pinewood, whereas shops and services are a short drive away.

Santa Margherita di Pula is on the south coast of Sardinia. It is a forty minute drive from the capital city of Cagliari and its international airport. Famous for the Forte Village, Santa Margherita is a few kilometres from the Chia coastline and beaches as well as the Phoenician and Roman ruins of Nora and the town of Pula. Is Molas Golf Club is a ten minute drive, and the area is well serviced and equipped as a summer destination.
