In the ancient Lazio hilltop town of Castelnuovo Parano, an entire 400 sq.mt. stone house is for sale, beautifully restored and furnished, with splendid views, some of the historic stone borgo and others out over the wooded valley and hills.

The magnificent old front door flanked by an iron bell welcomes you into the attractive entrance hall where the natural stone walls have been lovingly restored.

From the entrance hall, a door to the left leads into a spacious dining room, again featuring stone walls and terracotta tiled floor, which runs the full depth of the property. To the right is the fully equipped rustic-style kitchen. A further door opens into a suite comprising a very large bedroom, a modern bathroom and its own separate street entrance.

Proceeding up the lovely stone stairs, you reach another bedroom, with a striking view of the countryside and, again, its own bathroom.
