Full description:

This modern, comfortable home is located under half a Km from the village of Periana and there is no dirt track to reach it. A short drive leads to a gated entrance and car parking area for several cars, to the West side of the property.

The garden is around 1000m2 and the house is located in the middle of the plot, with private land on all four sides. The views from one of the bedrooms are of the lake and the sea beyond, and from the other, of the mountains.

Outside, there is a wide walkway with banked gardens to the rear of the house, and an upper terrace, shaded by mature olive trees, and overlooking the dining patio below. The property is fully fenced. There are 5 mature olive trees on the plot in total and many flowering plants and shrubs.
