The communal patio next door is general access for the neighbours to the steps that lead down to the underground car parking area. This house has a parking spot and a garage which has been converted into a useful store room, play room or workshop, with tiled floor and wood laminate ceiling, wall-to-wall cupboards and shelving, water and electricity. This very useful area is 6 x 5m.
