The apartment can be accessed either externally from a second terraced area or internally via a door that leads onto the staircase in the main house. Cleverly, the property can be utilised as one large house or divided into two in order to accommodate guests.

The annex measures approximately 50 square metres and at the moment it is used as extra sleeping space for family and guests.
