Superb Country Estate originally built in the 1700's with courtyard, cottage, farm yard and approx 74 acres of land.

Ardglass is a superb country residence which was originally built as a Georgian hunting lodge in the 1700's. The house was rebuilt in c. 1860's in the style of an Italianate villa and exhibits the highly decorative features typical of the Victorian era.

The house now boasts a state of the art heating system run from a dual boiler; new tradition style cast iron radiators; a new plumbing system; new electrical wiring; all windows have been restored and double glazed and all floor and walls have been insulated. Further works also included inputting a specific damp proof course into the back hall and completely insulating the back area of the house.

Today the house presents itself as a magnificent family home with wonderful spacious and bright reception rooms, all decorated to enhance the ornate period features and emphasis the tall windows and high ceilings. Take the M4 motor way and passing Mullingar town, continue for approx. 18km and you will drive through the village of Ballinlack.
