The orientation means that you wake up to the early morning sun streaming in through the patio windows, a beautiful way to greet the morning, and this front terrace receives the sun from sunrise until around 2pm. The bedrooms are spacious enough to allow two single beds or a double bed in each, and are both fitted with ceiling fans with integral lighting, which help keep the air moving in the warmer months. In addition, roller shutters are fitted to the patio doors to darken the rooms overnight. Full climate control is installed with a Carrier dual air-conditioning and heating unit for the whole apartment.
