A spacious, comfortable country house on the edge of Iznate village, just 10 minutes inland from the coast, this is ideal as both a permanent retirement home or as a holiday home with excellent rental revenue potential.

Casa Las Torres is located within a short walk of the village of Iznate, a typical white-washed Andalusian village only a short drive inland from the beach. The village has some shops, bars and restaurants. The automatic gates from the tarmac road lead straight onto a driveway and ample car parking area. Here also are the gardens, all to the front of the property and laid partly to lawns, and the rest terraces. To the rear of the dining room is a door leading into the downstairs bedroom. This room is very spacious, 6 x 5m, and is an ideal guest bedroom or a games room.

From the hall, to the rear, beyond the stairs, is a door to the very large downstairs, modern bathroom, 4.75 x 2.5m with double shower cubicle and double wash basins.

Taking the stairs up, we reach a landing of around 21m2 with glass panel door and windows either side that leads out onto a lovely viewing terrace (4 x 4m) which is immediately above the covered terrace at garden level. The view from here is stunning, of the gardens, village nestling below, and the vast expanse of countryside, framed by a rambling horizon of mountains!

From the upstairs landing is access to bedroom 2 (a generous 5 x 4m with views to the front), bedroom 3, (3 x 3m), and bedroom 4 (3.25 x 3m with views to the front). The upstairs bathroom is 3 x 2m with a rear window into a storage area behind the house.

Outside, in the car parking area, is access to the large double garage (48m2) - ideal also as a workshop. And next to this, there are 15 steps leading up to the guest annexe. At the top of the steps is a terrace with lovely views, (3.25 x 3m) and from here is a door into the studio annexe. This lovely room consists of a large bedroom and en-suite bathroom with corner shower cubicle (studio size 6 x 4.5m).
