Entry to the Car parks is gated with electric gates with remote control, and allocated parking space, although most people just park in the most convenient space. Some owners who only visit for holidays leave their Car (fitted with a cover ) as it is quite safe there.

Swimming Pool

There is a large pool surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, surrounded by trees and shrubs. Recently Toilet facilities have been added for when using the pool.

Sea Front

There are walks along the sea front with café’s and shops, going towards Limassol old Town, and in the other direction there is a nice shaded walk through a Eucalyptus grove which runs along the sea front.  There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach which can be rented, also small boats can be rented.

It is a reasonably quiet area and for entertainment, bars etc they are located just a short walk/drive away. There are a good mixture of local Cypriot Restaurants, plus Mc Donalds , and other fast food outlets , which are just a 3 minute drive away

This will make a great permanent home or a good investment / holiday Apartment as property prices are estimated to increase by 10% by the end of this Year.
