From Batterstown take the Trim Road for 3km, take right turn at first four cross roads and proceed for 2 km, Lands are on right hand side after bridge identified by for sale sign.

From Dublin take M3 motorway. Take Trim, Ratoath exit and follow roadway to old N3 Roadway for Dunshaughlin. Pass the county club on right hand side and Rathbeggan school on left and take 2nd left turn at "Old Workhouse". Proceed over motorway and take first right turn.
