The beach between Frejus and St Aygulf is backed by a vast natural area of lagoons and umbrella pines and this beach is even the only long and sandy beach of the area, the next stretch of long beaches being South of St Tropez. The beach between Frejus - St Raphael and St Aygulf is just a 10 minutes' drive and the area is not overcrowded and manageable in summer which is rare on the Cote d'Azur!
