The apartment, located on the top floor of the building, has a surface area of 128.26 m2, and is organized around one central corridor. The kitchen, which is just over 12m2, is located on the inside of the building, and therefore benefits from natural light throughout the afternoon and ventilation from two large windows. The living area is on the other side of the apartment, overlooking one of the major streets of Barcelona, however, due to the height of the apartment, noise pollution is not a problem. This area receives sunlight throughout the morning.
