The prices per m2 for good plots vary from 180€/m2 (5 minutes´ drive away from beach and amenities) to 2.500€/m2 (front line beach Golden Mile). The prices per m2 built vary between 1.000 and 1.800€. Those key figures help you to compare any resale property with your tailor-made dream property and you will find out that it makes in addition economic sense to let the "dream" come true. During the last 6 months we involved more than 600 local agencies, developers, builders, architects, lawyers, bankers etc. into our search for outstanding building plots. As a result of this extensive search we visited and compared approximately 200 different building plots and worked out portfolio of 10 great buildings plots within Mijas, Marbella, Estepona and Benahavis.
