General Condition
The Castle is very sound and the roofs were renewed about 45 years ago. There are 2 boilers for the heating, fired by fuel, one of them needs replacing maybe by a wood burning one. Wooden joinery, single glazed, very thick walls. A lot of work has already been done, some things still need to be done depending on how the future owner wants to use the Castle. The apartments in the North wing have electric heating.
The outbuildings all together add up to about 500m2 and could be converted without any problem into either further apartments and/or a reception area for events. A planning permit had been obtained but expired before it could be executed.
The roofs of the outbuildings all need to be redone and a total inside renovation is also needed.
