About the Area
At walking distance (450 m or 5 minutes) from the pier and the boat ramp.
The Atlantic Ocean can be accessed through the Fuseta Inlet which is about 2 nautical
miles away from the nearest pier. The Tavira canal allows the practice of water sports and
extends all the way to the Marina of Tavira.

The Fuseta Inlet will be upgraded in the next couple of years to allow bigger boats to
safely navigate the Tavira Canal. Another project that has just been approved is the new
Torre d'Aires Marina which should be ready in the next few years and will sit only 1 kilometre
away from the property.

There is also a 16 kilometre long pedestrian path that passes in front of the property, which starts at
Fuseta beach and extends to the fishing port of Santa Luzia.
